FRADS are holders of a Consumer Credit Licence issued by the Office of Fair Trading, and adhere to all OFT Debt Collection Guidelines. As full members of the Credit Services Association, we also abide by the CSA Code of Practice, and the company is also listed on the Data Protection Register, the Information Commissioner and fully compliant with all related legislation.
All FRADS field representatives are licensed and trained, and are subject to ongoing training and quality control reviews.
