Arrears Visits
Through our extensive knowledge in both the financial services and motor industry FRADS has developed collection solutions focused on face to face contact with arrears customers. We are one of few collection agencies operating our own network of highly qualified field agents to meet the individual requirements of our clients.
All FRADS motor field representatives have been recruited from the industry and are fully experienced in negotiating the rehabilitation of the account with customers in terms of collecting:
- Full balance
- Full arrears
- Payment arrangements (within agreed client parameters) with the first payment collected
- Any monies collected are in cleared funds and will be remitted to the client within 24 hours of receipt
