Debtor pre-sue and status reports
Bringing a debtor to court is in some cases the only option left if all other payment arrangements and possibilities have been exhausted. In these situations pre-sure reports provide details to clients determining whether or not a debtor has the ability to pay.
At FRADS we tailor all reports to suit the specific needs of each individual client, which can include:
- The standard report contains occupancy, property and personal information. It is an ideal way for clients to ascertain if their customer / debtor is still resident and to obtain some back ground information.
- The advanced report includes more detailing about the customers / debtors current position, including employment and bank details and any offer of repayment. Enabling our client to determine if legal action is a viable option for them.
- Our most comprehensive report allows our client to see their customers’ / debtors’ exact financial circumstances, and includes a full income and expenditure report.
